Soy Sauce <br />1 tbsp. Sriracha Sauce <br />¼ tsp. Sugar <br />1 tsp. White Vinegar <br />2-3 Garlic Cloves, sliced <br />Salt, as required <br />Black Pepper, crushed <br /> <br />For the Sauce:- <br />1 cup water <br />1 tbsp. Soy Sauce <br />1 tbsp. White Vinegar <br />1 tbsp. Corn Starch <br />1 tbsp. Sriracha <br />1 tsp. Sugar <br />1 tbsp. Ginger, sliced <br />7-8 Garlic Cloves, sliced <br />Black Pepper, crushed <br />Salt, to taste <br /> <br />For Garnishing:- <br />½ cup Spring Greens <br />½ cup Mushrooms, boiled <br />½ cup Baby Carrots, blanched <br />½ cup Red Cabbage, shredded <br />2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds, toasted <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- Marinate the chicken thighs using the marination ingredients for 7-8 hours or overnight. <br />- Heat oil in a pan and sear the marinated chicken thighs in it for 12 minutes flipping them at intervals. <br />- In the same bowl as the marinated chicken, add the sauce ingredients and make a sauce making sure there are no lumps formed. <br />- Add the sauce mixture to the pan and cook while stirring continuously until thick. <br />- Assemble the rice bowl as shown in the video and serve. <br /> <br />Chicken Rice Bowl is ready to eat!
